Assist in all purchasing work, checking delivery order, Incoming invoices and pricing
Researching and identifying potential suppliers or vendors
Negotiating terms and conditions, including price, delivery schedules, and quality standards, with suppliers
Creating purchase orders, track orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services include overseas purchases, shipment and etc....
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements, and developing procurement plans and strategies to meet those needs
Monitoring budgets, analyzing spending patterns, and seeking cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and negotiation.
Maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs
Maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier information, and preparing reports on purchasing activities, performance metrics, and cost savings
Job Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Procurement or related field
Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for evaluating suppliers, analyzing pricing proposals, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other members of the organization effectively.
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Ability to work within a team and cultivate professional relationships within the team and with the vendors
