Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of import and export documents such as BL, Invoice & Packing List, etc.
• To execute Bill of Lading and shipping documents proficiently and competent in customs declaration.
• To manage day-to-day operation and transaction.
• To liaise with customers as and when necessary.
• To build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements.
• To work closely with internal departments and customer CS-team to coordinate customers shipments.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel applications.
• Must have initiative, positive attitude and able to work independently.
• 5.5 working days
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.

· Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics

· Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

Requirements and skills

· Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

· Outstanding communication and people skills

· Knowledge of the industry’s legal rules and guidelines

· In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service, etc.)

· Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

· Familiarity with MS Office and various business software
