We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Assistant responsibilities include but not limited to, storing materials, picking and packing, scanning orders.

Responsibilities include:

· Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

· Receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, sort, label, store)

· Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

· Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

· Complete daily logs into inventory

· Report any discrepancies

· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

· Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment

· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

· Any others tasks as and when assigned by Warehouse Supervisor or Management

Requirements and skills

· Proven working experience as a WarehouseAssistant

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Ability to lift heavy objects

· Current forklift license (ability to drive VNA/Reach Trucks)

5.5 days work week

Job brief

We are looking for a Order Fulfilment Officer to process and coordinate the daily requirements in a warehousing environment.

Responsibilities:

· Liaise with customer on order processing

· Liaise with freight forwarders / transporters on shipment booking, container trucking schedule, arrange courier and local delivery

· Attend to customer request and ensure customer satisfaction

· Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all jobs in system and forwarded to the Accounting & Finance Department

· Assist to produce regular warehouse reports for management as and when required

· Manages customers complains and claims

· Ensure proper filing and documents archiving for audit purpose

· Any others adhoc tasks as and when assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements and skills

· Preferably knowledge in Excel (Vlookup, pivot etc)

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines

· Preferably with 1 year of experience in 3PL warehouse operations - familiar with import and export processes

· Knowledge in Form D and COO handling will be an advantage

· Knowledge of shipping terms and documents will be an advantage

· Able to multitask include handling of different systems not limited to WMS and Oracle

· Team player with ability to collaborate well with others

   Work with freight forwarders, transport companies, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain process.
2. Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy.
   Coordinate with warehouse staff to handle stock movement, storage, and order fulfillment.
   Conduct regular stock audits and implement measures to minimize discrepancies.
3. Documentation and Compliance:Prepare shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, delivery orders, and customs clearance forms.
   Ensure compliance with Singapore’s customs and trade regulations, including import/export requirements.

4. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

5. Process Improvement:Analyze logistics operations and identify areas for improvement in terms of cost, efficiency, and time management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• 3PL experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in Tuas (nearest MRT Gul Circle)
