Requirements

• Proven track record and work experience in similar industry.
• Good knowledge of floral industry and cut-flowers handling
• Excellent problem-solving, time-management, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Great attention to details
• Be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in driving the business operation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and regulatory authorities
