JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing and organizing materials, tools, and equipment required for job sites.
• Assist engineers in the installation of systems, machinery, and equipment according to technical specifications.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Assist the operations team in conducting pre-installation checks and site inspections to ensure readiness for installation.
• Work closely with the operations team lead and engineers to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Report any discrepancies, issues, or potential improvements to the operations team lead.
• Support the operations team in conducting preventive maintenance procedures to reduce system downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment during installations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Any other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager / Team Lead.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• ITE Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Previous experience in a technician or support role in an operations or engineering environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Flexibility in hours and willingness to work overtime if required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks.
• Ability to start work immediately would be an added advantage.

• Generate detailed technical and analytical reports.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Posses a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Strong hands-on and practical skills in field operations.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Manager with expertise in vibration diagnostics, ultrasound leakage detection, dynamic visual analysis, in-situ balancing & laser geometrical alignment, and a strong background in managing mechanical services and project implementation. As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and driving continuous improvement in our mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff to deliver high-quality mechanical services and projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project manager, IT and operations teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis for mechanical issues, equipment failures, and system malfunctions, implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Lead and supervise the execution of corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the timely resolution of identified issues to minimize downtime.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team, actively seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety by promoting and enforcing adherence to ISO45001, ISO9001, ESH Standards, and other relevant safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in vibration diagnostics, ultrasound leakage detection, dynamic visual analysis, balancing, and geometrical alignment.
• Demonstrated success in managing mechanical services and overseeing project implementation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse engineering team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Certified Vibration Analyst CAT II is a plus.
