Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Risk:
  • Implement and maintain robust risk management methodologies for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, and data privacy.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing to identify and address potential IT security threats.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance across all technology initiatives and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and optimize technology investments.
• Commodity Risk:
  • Analyze and forecast price movements for key commodities traded by the company.
  • Develop and implement hedging strategies to minimize financial exposure to market volatility.
  • Monitor and report on trading positions, exposures, and risk metrics to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulatory changes in the global commodities market.
• General:
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Conduct risk training for relevant stakeholders across the organization.
  • Partner with business units to ensure risk management considerations are integrated into all critical decisions.
  • Remain a trusted advisor to leadership on all matters related to technology and commodity risk.
