Weave is seeking an experienced Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor, you will primarily focus on editing corporate, short form and branding videos to effectively convey our clients' messages. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in video editing techniques, possesses a keen eye for detail, and has a creative mindset to bring the videos to life.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Video Editor, preferably working on corporate, short form and branding videos.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Solid portfolio showcasing your video editing skills, including examples of corporate and branding videos you have worked on.
• Strong understanding of colour grading techniques to create visually appealing and cohesive videos.
• Ability to colour grade in DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Job Duty

• Troubleshoot & repair electrical works to ensure functionality, including but not limited to air-conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Diagnosing potential maintenance issues and highlighting them to the reporting manager proactively.
• Liaise internally and externally with contractors, service providers, and statutory authorities when necessary.
• Respond to emergency calls on critical services and standby during off-duty hours, including going onsite for emergencies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance, plumbing, aircon servicing, and M&E systems.
• Familiar with using common hand and power tools and carrying out works such as painting, carpentry work, part replacements, etc.
• Possess basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well independently and in teams.
• Able to cope and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts.

• Audit cleaners to maintain a high standard of cleanliness of guestrooms and shared spaces.
• Provide regular training to cleaners.
• Allocate daily & forecast cleaning schedules for cleaners.
• Forecast manpower needed based on expected occupancy.
• Respond to all in-house customer inquiries regarding Housekeeping.
• Procure & inventory control of all in-room amenities.
• Releasing the unit promptly for move-in.
• Unit status control.
• Identify defects & room conditions and coordinate with the Technical Team & Community Department for repair & determine out-of-order period.
• Coordinate work tasks among customer service and property teams.

Job Requirement

• Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or relevant disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Housekeeping with at least 2 years of Supervisory level.
• Highly motivated with strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in computer knowledge, such as. Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.

Weave is looking for an Assistant Producer to join our team! This position is under our Producing Department and will report to the Head of Production. He/she will assist the Producers and Executive Producers in all aspects of pre-production and production work for our video and photography projects.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Producers in the pre-production process, eg: conduct castings, location scouting, shoot planning, handling filming permits, oversee art and wardrobe departments
• Coordinate & compile materials for pre-production meetings and communication between departments
• Managing production logistics and manpower
• Assist on set as production manager or production assistant

Requirements

• Diploma in Film and Media studies or any other relevant fields of studies preferred.
• Fresh grads are welcome, some production background/experience will be advantageous.
• Efficient in organising, coordinating, and planning
• Have initiative, resourceful and is a self-directed learner
• Write & communicate clearly in English
