• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating the administration of the LMS between internal teams and the LMS vendor or provider.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the LMS, collaborating with internal stakeholders and the vendor as needed.
• Provide immediate support to LMS administrators, trainers, and departmental representatives in using the LMS effectively.
• Conduct training sessions for administrators, trainers, and departmental representatives to enhance their understanding and use of the LMS.
• Support trainers during live training sessions, ensuring the LMS operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist in creating courses and uploading learning materials to the LMS in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform quality checks on uploaded content and test LMS functionalities before launching courses or materials.
• Generate reports for stakeholders, including administrators, trainers, and departmental representatives, to provide insights on LMS usage and learner performance.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall functionality and success of the LMS.
