Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination:

• Plan, schedule, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation processes.
• Monitor transportation costs and optimize shipping methods to reduce expenses without compromising service quality.

Inventory Management:

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels and proper handling of goods.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  

Vendor & Supplier Management:

• Manage relationships with suppliers, transport companies, and other third-party logistics providers.
• Negotiate rates, monitor performance, and ensure vendors meet quality and delivery standards.
• Evaluate and select vendors based on cost, service, and performance criteria.
  

Shipment Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including import/export laws, safety standards, and customs requirements.
• Handle any issues related to damaged or lost goods and ensure claims are processed efficiently.
  

Route Optimization & Cost Efficiency:

• Analyze and recommend optimal transportation routes to minimize delays and costs.
• Monitor fuel usage, shipping methods, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective operations.
  

Communication & Reporting:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries both internally and externally.
• Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, including shipping costs, delivery timelines, and inventory status.
  

Problem Resolution:

• Address and resolve logistical issues such as delays, shipping errors, or damaged goods promptly.
• Proactively identify potential logistics challenges and implement solutions to prevent disruptions.
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in logistics operations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
• Knowledge of logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Warehouse Organization:

• Organize products in storage locations, ensuring easy access and space optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines within the warehouse.

Shipping & Receiving:

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving deliveries and checking goods for quality and quantity.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and transporters to ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

• Accurately maintain records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
• Prepare and submit reports regarding stock levels, order statuses, and other warehouse performance metrics.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Provide support in training new team members and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.

Safety Compliance:

• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure the warehouse environment remains hazard-free.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to management immediately.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Marketing of semiconductor components and providing technical support to customers in ASEAN.
• Working closely with our supplier to fully understand their product portfolio and their competitive technological advantages.
• Engaging existing and new customers, working closely with their R&D engineers into adopting our components in their product specifications.
• Providing technical support to the customers during their complete design cycle, from design specifications till mass production.
• Supporting any failure analysis requested by the customers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Entry Level candidates with prior relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
• Diploma with min. 3 years hands-on experience in hardware / firmware design, preferably with good complete system know-how.
• Good system/ device knowledge of any semiconductor products will be useful.
• Proficiency in MCU or DSP / FPGA / RF / Analog system design will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as a supportive team player and willingness to learn.

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
