YSHFarm is a food manufacturing company specialising in fresh ducks and other meat products. We are established in 1974 and located in Woodlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's revenue targets and market share goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Lead and motivate a sales team. Set sales targets, monitor performance, provide coaching and training, and foster a culture of high performance and teamwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Analyze market data, historical sales trends, and demand patterns to forecast sales volumes and plan inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure adequate product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
- Develop relationships with potential customers, conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, make data-driven decisions, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Pre-requisites:
- Able to speak Chinese with Chinese speaking clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently and as a team
- Able to lead
- Proven sales experience preferably in the fresh and frozen meat of food industry
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics and customer behaviour in the sector
- Results-oriented with a good track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
