• Conduct cutting-edge research and development on LLM-based 3D animation generation algorithms, including but not limited to requirement analysis, conceptual research, data collection, algorithm development, and verification. Identify and solve algorithmic technical problem.
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies in the field and integrate them into existing pipelines to improve the smoothness, rationality, environmental awareness, and interactivity of generated animations.
• Integrate large language models with 3D animation generation to expand the current application scenarios and interactivity of generated animation.
• Ensure the smooth delivery of the related products and propose new landing directions based on industry trends.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related engineering fields (Ph.D. preferred).
• 1-5 years of research or development experience in relevant fields, including but not limited to: generative AI (images, videos, animations), multimodal large language models, animation interpolation and optimization, motion/gesture/expression recognition, AR/VR, NeRF/3D Gaussians. Priority will be given to those who have published papers in relevant academic conferences and journals as the first author, such as Siggraph, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, AAAI, ICLR, NeurIPS, etc.
• Proficiency in one of the AI development frameworks TensorFlow/PyTorch, with experience in computer vision and AI algorithm development; familiarity with generative networks (such as VAE, Diffusion, GAN).
• Familiarity with basic computer graphics knowledge, understanding of character animation driving methods. Familiar with mainstream 3D animation editing and rendering software such as Blender, Maya, UE, or Unity.
• Strong independent thinking and development skills, and willingness to collaborate with the team.
