WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an accomplished Regional Client Experience Director to own our key accounts within SEA while also building the Client Experience function for the region. This is a key senior level role that reports directly to the APAC leadership management and with the mandate to build forward and deliver on our growth ambitions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
- Responsible for managing key SG & SEA accounts
- Responsible for leading conversations between clients and internal channel teams, ensuring exceptional service and developing excellent client relationships
- Collaborate with regional leadership to build up key marketing capabilities in South East Asia
- Key driver in working with clients to understand business challenges, identify growth opportunities and collaborate with SEA team to deliver business solutions that meet their needs
- Drive proactive SOW/MSA agreements, renewals and negotiations with clients
- Cross and upsell opportunities for existing accounts
- Lead or co-lead pitches and negotiate commercial terms to secure new business for the company
- Lead SEA planning & activation teams to drive multi-channel planning and strategy & develop competitive product propositions to meet client goals
- Work closely with channel and market teams to manage priorities, workloads, and resource allocation to ensure client deadlines are met and campaigns are ran smoothly
- Ensure project plans and process documents are maintained and kept up to date and improve working methods where possible to increase efficiency
- Be in the know for channel, product, and industry updates and timely communicate to the teams and clients
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- At least 10 - 16 years of digital marketing experience, preferably from a media agency environment.
- Excellent understanding of multiple digital channels including PPC, Display, Paid Social
- Experience of localised digital strategies for Singapore & SEA
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- A true collaborative team player who has the passion to lead and nurture talents, yet able to work independently as well.
- Excellent presentation skills to convey a compelling story
