Job Description

We are looking for a talented and innovative Interior 3D Visualiser to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision and technical expertise in 3D modeling and rendering. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visualizations of interior spaces for various projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality environments. Your work will help communicate design concepts and inspire clients through stunning and realistic imagery.

Key Responsibilities

· Create detailed 3D models and realistic renderings of interior spaces using industry-standard software (SketchUp).

· Collaborate with interior designers to understand project requirements and design intent.

· Develop and apply textures, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic effects in renderings.

· Prepare presentation materials, including 3D visualizations, mood boards, and design concepts, for client meetings and proposals.

· Revise and refine renderings based on feedback from team members and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.

· Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and 3D visualization techniques.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

· Assist in the development of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) presentations, if applicable.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as an Interior 3D Visualiser, preferably in the interior design or architectural visualization industry.

· Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp).

· Strong understanding of interior design principles, colour theory, and spatial planning.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct cutting-edge research and development on LLM-based 3D animation generation algorithms, including but not limited to requirement analysis, conceptual research, data collection, algorithm development, and verification. Identify and solve algorithmic technical problem.
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies in the field and integrate them into existing pipelines to improve the smoothness, rationality, environmental awareness, and interactivity of generated animations.
• Integrate large language models with 3D animation generation to expand the current application scenarios and interactivity of generated animation.
• Ensure the smooth delivery of the related products and propose new landing directions based on industry trends.

Job Requirements:
• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related engineering fields
• 1-5 years of research or development experience in relevant fields, including but not limited to: generative AI (images, videos, animations), multimodal large language models, animation interpolation and optimization, motion/gesture/expression recognition, AR/VR, NeRF/3D Gaussians. Priority will be given to those who have published papers in relevant academic conferences and journals as the first author, such as Siggraph, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, AAAI, ICLR, NeurIPS, etc.
• Proficiency in one of the AI development frameworks TensorFlow/PyTorch, with experience in computer vision and AI algorithm development; familiarity with generative networks (such as VAE, Diffusion, GAN).
• Familiarity with basic computer graphics knowledge, understanding of character animation driving methods. Familiar with mainstream 3D animation editing and rendering software such as Blender, Maya, UE, or Unity.
• Strong independent thinking and development skills, and willingness to collaborate with the team.

Work with Designers and Project Managers to visualize design concepts through computer-rendered images which will be used both for the internal design process and client presentations.
