Join Micron as the Director, Global Executive Business Partner for Assembly & Test Operation! Shape and influence talent and organizational strategies at a leading memory and storage solutions company. Collaborate with the Senior Vice President (SVP) and leadership to align talent strategies with our ambitious goals.

In this role, you will challenge, coach, and develop senior leaders. You will ensure HR programs and plans help drive business priorities and lead collaboration with HR functions and business leaders to influence the design and implementation of the programs and initiatives. You will be jointly accountable with executives for functional performance.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Connect people to HR strategy and drive organizational communication strategy

• Establish, lead and advise strategy organizational talent vision and strategies that drives best in class hiring, team member development, retention, rewards, and empowerment of top talent.
• Translate functional strategy into people strategy, and understand implications.
• Use data to anticipate trends and interpret impact on business and people strategies, recommend actions.
• Communicate the people vision, results, organization change initiatives.
• Champion connections and articulate the linkages between business initiatives and outcomes that prioritize people within the organization, with partners, and across the enterprise.

Influence and drive business results

• Define specific initiatives to achieve people strategies. Drive HR strategies and solutions that deliver business results at the functional level.
• Navigate the function to influence decisions and actions outside of the HR business function.

Continuously lead the advancement of culture, engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

• Define clear success measures and metrics in line with business goals.
• Influence leaders to prioritize and drive culture, engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives and in actions with teams.

Requirement:

• Ability to support executives globally across different timezones.
• Ability to drive strategy into execution.
• 10+ years of serving in a global/regional Human Resources role for a multinational company in a complex environment.
• Demonstrable experience in Organization development/effectiveness
• Experience in coaching senior leaders and executives.
• Previous HR Business Partner experience.
• B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Human Resources or related experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic senior counsel to clients in the food, consumer, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors.
• Lead integrated communications with content activities across client accounts, maintaining strict adherence to brand standards with a strong focus on public relations and earned media.

• As our Key Account Manager in Singapore, you will lead Njord’s commercial business development in the Far East, working out of Copenhagen and Mumbai, and reporting to the Client Director.
• Njord already collaborates with a broad range of clients, shipowners, and charterers in the Far East, including Singapore, Japan, and Indonesia.
• In this role, you will further develop business opportunities and revenue growth, expand our market share, and handle the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
• At least 6 years and above of working experience in a related field, with specific experience in the food industry and supply chain management, is required.
• Experience in developing and executing major accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs is an advantage.
• Experience in handling high volume sales or bulk tender.
• Proven track record of consistent quota achievement and results-driven performance.
• Good working knowledge of food industry and supply chain products and services.
• Known as a 'people person’ with a curious nature and enthusiasm for lifestyle and culture.
• Passion for storytelling and belief in the power of a good story to drive commercial impact.
• Digital native with daily use of social media and awareness of global events beyond Singapore.
• Instinctive understanding of brand tone of voice, style, and what makes a brand great.
• Previous agency experience, including crisis management experience, is essential.
• At least 6+ years of public relations/marketing communications experience.
• Strong presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Ability to understand business requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
