· Working hours (Monday to Friday) : 8am - 5pm

. Working hours (Saturday) : 8am - 12pm

Responsibilities:

• Recording financial transactions into accounting software (MYOB).
• Perform data entry work.
• Matching the transactions recorded in the accounting system to the bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Posting journal entries into accounting system.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to accept 6 months contract. Possibility to convert into permanent staff depends on performance
• With basic accounting knowledge preferred
• With experience in MYOB accounting software preferred
• A fast learner and able to cope with fast paced environment
• Attention to Detail
