Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory & regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Manage cashflow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls, policies and procedures, and ensure alignment and compliance.
• Monitoring the annual budgets and operating forecasts.
• Handle Tenancy Agreements and Legal Documents.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal counsel, bankers, and relevant government authorities.

Requirements

1) Provide support to contact parents on daily basis on administrative matters;

2) Assist in administrative duties (e.g. supporting financial assistance process, prepare and update records, compile statistics, prepare correspondences, filing etc) in the General Office;

3) Provide support in the sourcing of goods and services to procure and liaising with vendors.

4) Provide support in checking on leave applications or absence records of staff;

5) Manage office stores and issuance of stationery to staff;

6) Cover counter and telephone duties, in the absence of the counter staff,to clarify enquiries from external stakeholders and members of public;

7) Any other administrative support duties as assigned by the Authority

Qualifications:

1) The Personnel must have at least 4 GCE “N” level passes or equivalent.

2) The Personnel must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

3) The Personnel should preferably be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, or equivalent.

4) The Personnel shall preferably have experience doing administrative work in schools.

Responsibilities

· Oversees the daily administration and efficient operation of the clinics.

· Ensure that the clinic is prepared based on the desired standards of service in its operational and procedural areas.

· Provide smooth patient experience including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering, and other inquiries such as insurance provider information.

· Providing chaperone assistance and preparing consultation documents for doctors.

· Preparation and dispensation of prescriptions.

· Response to requests, email inquiries, and phone calls.

· Manage the clinic's administrative functions.

Requirements

· Minimum GCE “O” Levels qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Project Manager or Project Manager during planning and supervising work on site.
• Ensure the work goes on track.
• Provide information of construction planning and coordinate works to subcontractors, client and consultants.
• Supervise and guide the workers to achieve requirement.
• Critical thinking and problem solving for incoming issues.
• Analyze the upcoming risk from the workplace or work processes and minimize impact within the construction activities.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project.
• Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
• Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality.
