· To assist in GST and CPF submission;

· To assist in CPF and GST submission;

· To assist in procurement

· To assist in Human Resources tasks when instructed to;

· To assist in monitoring the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections;

· Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely;

· Other accounts and administrative related works as instructed;

• Perform month end closing of accounts including preparation of management accounts, bank reconciliations and audit schedules.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting process.

Job descriptions

· Manage and maintain full set of accounts

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in managing full set of accounts

· Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Auto Count Accounting Software

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
