• To assist with the marketing, organisation, and co-ordination of special activities and events such as talks, events, workshops etc. for small or large groups.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties such as sorting documents, filing, data entry, binding, scanning, and handling courier services, etc
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant would be an advantage (administrative and clerical procedures)
• Self-motivated, pro-active, positive can-do attitude, independent, organized, and a good team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor dog behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent fights or injuries.

- Provide basic care, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed.

- Clean and sanitize play areas, kennels, and common areas regularly.

- Communicate with pet owners about their dog’s day, behavior, and any concerns.

- Assist with check-in and check-out processes for daycare and boarding.

- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure the well-being of all dogs.

- Assist in maintaining accurate records of each dog’s activities and needs.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with animals, particularly dogs, is preferred.

- No experience required as training will be provided.

- Strong understanding of dog behavior and body language.

- Night shift required.
