about the role

This role will focus on AP, reconciliation of transactions, financial reporting and bank reconciliation. You will assist with AR whenever needed, involve in month end and year end closing and assist auditors with their queries.

skills and experience required

You should ideally possess an accounting or finance diploma. Fresh grads are welcome to apply, as long as you have interned at a Legal firm before. You are a strong communicator and are confident to liaise with members of the firm and stakeholders. Office in the CBD and is on a hybrid work arrangement.

Job Description

• Record and tally supplier invoices.
• Reconcile invoices and match them with the payments made.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable (AR) to address outstanding balances.
• Compare operation/project costs with customer invoices.
• Monitor and ensure profitability for each project, assessing total customer costs against profits.
• Perform monthly cost analysis and oversee procurement controls for consumables.
• Collaborate with AFC (Accounting/Finance) during month-end closing processes.
• Analyze and identify potential cost risks.
• Confirm invoice accruals in coordination with AFC.
• Assist AR in resolving outstanding payment issues.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) in addressing payment-related concerns.
• Liaise with suppliers' finance teams and customer finance departments.
• Coordinate with operations and operations administration teams.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in relevant experiences
