Duties and Responsibilities

• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• General administrative support as required by members of Transport Dept. and management
• Liaise with customers or vendors related to procurement and administrative requirements
• Monitor vessel schedule vis PSA Portnet and Jurong port system.
• Declare permit via Trade web Live(permits)
• Manage customer orders and transportation requests within the TMS, ensuring accurate input and timely processing. Manage and address customer queries that are routed by TMS systems
• Retrieve and analyze data from TMS system and or other internal systems to address customer requests
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and logistics partners to schedule pickups, deliveries, and transit times in accordance with customer requirements via the TMS.
• Monitor delivery status and information in real-time, providing updates to customers and stakeholders as needed via the TMS.
• Generate and analyze reports from the TMS to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, customer volume metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
• Serve as the primary user and administrator of the TMS for managing customer orders and deliveries
• Prepare documentation for lifting operation perform in Port facilities.
• Prepare documentation for cargoes clearance from Keppel distripark,Jurong port.
• Prepare and submit police escort application for Out of Gauge (OOG) Cargoes.
• Perform general administrative duties eg, Invoicing, Filing, mailing, faxing and photocopying

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels
• 1 year administrative experience. (Preferred in logistics industry)

SKILLS COMPETENCIES

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiar with PSA Portnet, Jurong Port system and trade Web Live
• Meticulous and attentive to details and follow ups
• Capable to work independently and pressure

Working Conditions

5.25 Working days per week

Responsibility:

1. Support the financial management of the project, financial reporting, budgeting, human resources and procurement management.

2. Updating daily financial transaction into software and produce report to the management.

3. Maintain receipts and payment vouchers, cash book, ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.

4. Prepare Bank reconciliation, prepare monthly, Quarterly, and annual financial Statement as per IFRS.

5. Sound knowledge on financial Reporting as per IAS and IFRS guide line.

6. Should have vast knowledge and user experience in accounting software Tally ERP-9 and SAP.

7. Keep records of all original agreements, contracts, and Memorandum of Understandings (MoU)

8. Store and maintain updated files of all invoices, bills, vouchers.

9. Ensure security of project staff while at work.

10. Ensure all HR documents and processes are in place and up-to-date as per the staff manual.

11. Update the personal files of all existing staff and assist in the recruitment of new staff.

12. Initiate office procurement as per the staff manual and maintain stock of office supplies and undertake procurement, as necessary.

13. Prepare comparative statements justifications for purchases.

14. Liaise with different vendors and manage working relationships with the vendors.

15. Any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

Requirements:

1. Working experience more than 15 years.

2. Minimum qualification Bachelor Degree in Commerce.

3. Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.

4. Good communication skill

5. Able to work Sunday or public holiday (if emergency)
