Programme Evaluation & Administrative Duties

• Maintaining records to facilitate submission to AIC quarterly.
• Generate and submit Project Progress/Claims Report to AIC.
• Assist the Project Manager in handling staff on-off boarding, staff well-being, process claims and revising the proposed budget annually.

• Minimum Diploma with a social service background or equivalent.

• Possess integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a positive attitude, good self-discipline and able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications

Job Responsibilities:

Finance

· Handle full set of accounts

· Generate management reports and bank reconciliations

· Handle all bookkeeping for the Company and entities relating to the Company

· Responsible for all transactional accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, Inventory, etc.

· Handle GST, Payroll, tax matters, Govt grants etc

· Monitoring, analyzing monthly operating results against budget and working with management team to manage budget variance

· Ensuring on time delivery of all monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to management’s schedule

· Build good internal control system and procedures

Human Resource & Administration

· Organize and coordinate HR generalist tasks and recruitment activities supporting Singapore as well and regional projects

· Organize and coordinate onboarding programs, training programs, business meetings, events and networking activities

· Creative in recruitment methods including by social media (Tik Tok, Instagram, Linkedin etc)

· Administrative work including payroll, grants, leave schedules, MOM regulations and employment documentations etc

· Personal Assistant scope to CEO

Skills And Experience Required

You have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy or equivalent, with at least 2 years of working experience and familiar with IFRS, group consolidation etc. This position is ideal to candidates with experience in a start-up experience.

Job Responsibilities

1) Minor IT Support and Maintenance:

a. Provide administrative support for hardware, software, and network maintenance for users.

b. Plan and manage contingency strategies for the overall IT infrastructure.

2) Major RPA Development and Implementation:

a. Design and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive tasks.

b. Optimize and resolve performance and operational issues related to RPA bots.

3) Collaboration and Project Coordination

a. Work with cross-functional teams/stations to understand business requirements.

b. Implement IT solutions and coordinate local projects as needed.

4) Network and Systems Management

a. Manage, maintain, and perform regular backups of the company’s IT network and desktop systems.

5) Procurement and Documentation

a. Assist in the procurement of IT assets and ensure accurate documentation.

6) Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the BIT team and local management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, .Net, Python, or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Highly analytical with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
