Job Scope:

This Talent Management role is responsible for creating and implementing integrated strategies that enhance talent performance, development, and engagement. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to manage talent pipelines, foster employee growth, and design impactful learning experiences. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development roles.
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices and learning program design.
• Ability to integrate talent development and learning strategies seamlessly.
• Proficiency in HRIS and LMS platforms.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
