• Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
  Participate in projects that require procurement input.

Requirements:

• Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Personal Attributes:Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in purchasing or supply chain management is a plus.

Job Responsibilites:

• Oversee and manage export and local orders and fulfilments
• Handle distributors account for order fufilments
• Handle customer complaints
• Ensure warehouse picklist base on FIFO/FEFO with accurate quantity released
• Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods
• Responsible for building facilities operations, pest control etc
• Oversee all operations of food production plant
• Responsible for setting KPIs for production plant.
