Job Summary: The Senior HR Executive/Assistant HR Manager plays a critical role in managing and overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function at Hysses Singapore. Job Responsibilities: As a Senior HR Executive/Assistant HR Manager, your key responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing Full HR Functions: Lead and manage the entire spectrum of human resources operations.
• Talent Acquisition: Handle the full recruitment life cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews, managing offers, and onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with full-spectrum HR responsibilities.

What you will be working on?

To assist with administrative tasks such as checking applications are complete, sending email reminders to licensees, and maintaining digital records. Key tasks would be as follows:

• Retrieve and digitalise Licence application forms and supporting documents from Licensing portal;
