· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts inquiries

· Perform bookkeeping/data entry to accounting software

Job Requirements:

· Must be experienced with Quickbooks

· Working hours: Weekdays 9-6pm

· At least 2 years of accounting background experience

· Diploma or certification on Accounting or Finance

· Meticulous and attention to details, able to work independently

· Must be comfortable with fast-paced environment

· Able to work under tight deadlines

· Handle AR (including collection), AP & GL

· Handle inventory and stock take

· Manual update accounting records for AR

· Assist in reporting and other administrative matters.

· Maintain and manual update accounting records

· Maintain record of all communications with the customer

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
