• Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application, payroll processing and maintenance of Employee files
• Perform general administrative duties
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounts / HR / Admin related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting firm
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Temp Accounts Assistant

Duration: 3 months
Salary: Up to $3.2K
Location: Outram

Job Scope:
• Review and process invoices/submissions in e-Procurement platform for interface to SAP B1 (3-way match).
• Ensure account codes and GST codes used are appropriate.
• Prepare payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to beneficiaries and vendors.
• Perform reconciliations between interfacing systems and bank deductions.
• Perform completeness checks to ensure transactions are interfaced.
• Assist in liaising with user departments on clarifications.
• Assist in admin matters of accounting functions.
• Support audit reviews and year-end processes.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Min. NITEC/ Diploma in any field

- Min. 1 year of relevant experience
