RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform receptionist duties such as handling phone calls and walk-in guests
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Perform general administrative support to the relevant department
• Handle general admin tasks such as filing, phone calls and emails
• Updating paperwork and maintaining documents through electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Assist in the preparation of correspondences and documents
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
