Working Hours :

5-day work week (Mon to Fri, 830am – 530pm)

Salary :

• $2.5K (Contract period)
• After conversion, subjected to AL 21 days, MC 28 days + VBs

Core Responsibilities (Training given) :

• Under healthcare business unit
• Assist in handling client phone calls and order processing

Interview Workflow :

1. 30-40 mins video interview
2. If deemed suitable, a written assessment will be sent (candidate needs to send back the written assessment within the next 30 mins)

Requirements :

• Have Call Centre/ Customer Service or order processing experience
• Minimum Nitec and above, do note that this is not a purely call centre assistant role but is more on order processing
• Handle sales orders, customer and client enquiries/complaints
• Provide high service levels to the respective customers and clients

General Responsibilities :

• Receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints (via hotline). Document and record customer details, queries and complaints
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues/orders/complaints to ensure customer satisfactio
• Resolve customer queries/complaints and channel to respective operations team for immediate resolution
• Provide feedback to supervisor on improvement areas based on customer/client issues
• Maintain up-to-date information on processes, products, price lists, etc
• Liaise with respective operations team for issues, follow-up and actions
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients/customer
