Since April 2015, SSR has been creating change through impactful social service research and capability development. • Coordinate various aspects of research project administration and fieldwork;

• Process day-to-day forms and documentation (E.g. receive and file requisition forms, create and print delivery orders etc.
• Perform stock control by counting stocks / stock taking
• Order stock when stocks are low
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and order stock

Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate registration of shipments
• Update internal and external systems with shipment dataCreate freight bookings and verify forwarding documents
• Verify accuracy and completeness of forwarding documents.
• Coordinate customer bookings at both origin and destination.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With at least 1 years of working experience in a similar position in Freight Forwarding
