Position: Administrative Support Cum Customer Service Officer

Location: Paya Lebar

Salary: Up to $2600

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist manager by keeping records of tenant inquiries and complaints.
• Aid new tenants with fitting out applications and deliveries.
• Coordinate with contractors for on-site inspections.
• Provide administrative support for weekly and monthly HQ submissions.
• Professionally handle phone calls and feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain an organized filing system for property documentation.
• Manage office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance records.
• Assist with general administrative tasks.
• Provide support at the Serangoon Shopping Mall Concierge when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Minimum 'O' Level qualification or relevant certificates.
• Experience in the service industry or retail shopping mall sector preferred.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management are advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our Singapore office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

• Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
• Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
• Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
• Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
