Job Responsibilities:

• To supervise, execute and coordinate project activities together with a group of Engineers and Technicians leading to successful project completion
• Monitor and control project on schedule, within budgeted cost and quality standards
• Work closely with consultant/owner to ensure project is delivered according to requirements
• To perform system programming and troubleshooting during project implementation
• Any other tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Higher Nitec and/or Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or relevant field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Possess Class 3 Driving License will be an advantage

Job scope:

- Perform daily operations of the pharmacy and provide quality customer service

- Operating cash register and handling of cash in the pharmacy

- Replenish stocks in the pharmacy and ensure proper merchandising of products

- Inspect stock conditions & perform goods receipts and handle inter-branch transfers

- Assist the supervisor in the counting of stocks in cycle counts and stock takes

- Maintain proper records of daily sales and customer counts e.g. Perform data entries in inventory system

- Assist the supervisors in administrative matters & orientating new staff on retail workflows as well as pharmacy activities

- Ensure that the computer systems are ready to serve patients at the start of the day

- Maintain the security of stocks, premise and stored information at all times

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate - Surgical Specialist Clinic

We are looking for a team player with a passion in healthcare to provide a quality patient experience with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent front-line customer service to our patients and meticulous administrative support in our surgical specialist clinics.
• Provide assistance to doctors and patients in the clinic and consultation rooms (e.g. chaperone during consultation, organize and provide instructions to patients for investigations or procedures).
• Responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, financial counselling on procedures and services, trigger/process insurance claims, as well as other administrative duties.

Requirements:

• A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong passion to serve in healthcare.
• Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' or Higher.
• Possess good computer skills, good customer service skills and good telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be advantageous.

• Main job scope is on dishwashing but to assist in kitchen duties as and when required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist the lead makeup artist on set, in the studio, workshops and events
• Prepare and organize makeup kits, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
• Assist with applying and removing makeup on clients or models
• Stock and maintain makeup inventory, ordering replacements as needed
