Our client is a well established organisation providiing testing services. They have an immediate requirement for a Laboratory Admin Executive

• Verify and keep proper documentations once sample are opened
• Registration of samples in VLIMS system, assign unique identification number and hand over to Laboratory for testing
• Review the Registered samples for errors and correct if needed. Ensure the samples are legibly marked with unique identification
• Register non-conforming samples and follow up closely with Key Account Managers
• Store all paper works received with samples electronically
• Communicate with customer and KAM where clarification is needed on testing of samples
• Coordinate with the testing team to set the assigned number of samples for registration
• Follow the sample registration flowchart and SOP and put up request for retrieval without any undue delay in the Air Table System
• Prepare the daily VLIMS ID sheets for the concerned shift and hand over to the CTT/SI
• Update any ad-hoc test request in the lab operation Air Table System
• Prepare the sub sample, enter the necessary details in the Air Table including the printing of labels and send to Houston Laboratory
