Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage calls, emails, and messages from clients and other contacts quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate with clients and other contacts, building good relationships for the Director.
• Handle private and sensitive information carefully and professionally.
• Help plan and carry out marketing activities and events.
• Do research and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and projects.
• Assist with personal tasks like appointments and reservations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of A Levels, or Diploma and above
• Able to speak conversational Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients and contacts.
