• Play an active business partnering role by providing property insights through the coordination with Group Property Insights and SG 7-Eleven team.
• Work with SG Convenience Finance completion of financial feasibility analysis for new sites, lease renewals and store refurbishment projects.
• Act as a mediator/communication channel between internal stakeholders and landlords/agents and other government agencies.
• Proactively participate in discussions for new business initiatives through provision of advice/opinion from property’s POV.
• Assist in authorities’ licences application for stores’ operations.

About You

• Degree in Real Estate, Business Admin preferred
• 3-5 years working experience preferred in a similar or related field
• Expertise in Excel, Powerpoint applications
• Familiarity with investment and financial concepts e.g. NPV, IRR, ROI
• Ability to think out of the box to extract data and information desirable
• Presentation skills required as the role would involve meeting with senior management

The Job

• Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales.
• Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators.
• Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
• Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates.
• Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts.
• Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements.
• Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred.

Responsibilities:

· To perform commercial duties (costing and sales) for maintenance works involving clients’ vessels and assets

· Prepare accurate, realistic and timely quotations & costing for enquires/jobs requests from clients

· Prepare accurate, complete and detailed invoicing

· Initiate sales transfer to main yards upon receipt of payment notification from customers

· To match ES PO with ERS invoice number against IDOC for sales collection under Clients’ projects.

· To source and negotiate competitive quotation for specialist jobs and complex works.

· To liaise job quotation between owner’s rep and yard personnel

· Prepare monthly contract-out jobs status on maintenance order

· To register new subcontractor into the system and update the status when necessary.

· To generate subcontractor’s work order upon PO confirmation from customer

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably 1 years working experience in marine related industry
• Experience in cost estimation and analysis for new ship repair projects will be advantageous
• Experience in subcontracting is advantageous
• Familiar in negotiation with subcons and vendors for specialized and complex repairs works
• Good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Meticulous and comfortable with large amount of admin work
