What you will be working on

You will be part of the dynamic team in:

• Delivering quality customer service at SP’s Customer Relations Unit, including managing public queries mainly via phone and written channels.

• Working with stakeholders for resolutions or implement service quality initiatives to improve service experience and customer satisfaction

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline. Candidates with no prior experience, but have a passion for service delivery may also apply

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Service-oriented and adept at problem solving

• Have a pleasant disposition and is passionate about helping others

• Ability to work independently and capable of being an effective team player

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and IT savvy

Working Hours:

Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm

Fri 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary:

$2,000 - $2,200 per month

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Operations Executive to join their Warehouse Operations team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize warehouse and administrative processes for efficiency.
• Identify and address improvement opportunities with staff and leaders.
• Drive projects to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and ensure sustainability.
• Implement digital tools to streamline workflows and improve the work environment.
• Present proposals to customers and coordinate implementation with stakeholders.
• Achieve annual targets for cost savings, sustainability, and customer improvement goals.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Supply Chain or related study
• Min 3 years of warehouse operations, with exposure in process improvement projects
• Experience in automation tools such as powerbi, Python or power automate
