Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs as needed
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible
• Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence
• Organize and coordinate company events, executive meetings, and workshops
• Prepare reports and compile documents for management review and decision-making
• Coordinate with the finance team on budgeting and tracking expenses for office supplies and facilities
• Assist in procurement processes by managing vendor relationships, requesting quotes, and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
• Assist with new projects by coordinating schedules, documentation, and resources with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in company initiatives related to sustainability, safety, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administration or a related field
• 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Public Holidays: May be required to work with OT pays, with scheduling coordinated with another admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to conduct review on controls of key business processes and identify areas for improvements
• Collaborate with process owners to ensure periodic task requirements are properly conducted, tracked and monitored e.g. user system access reviews
• Administer periodic operational risk-related training for staff

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of Trust accounts. The incumbent will perform bookkeeping of all transactions within the stated timeframe and ensuring ongoing accuracy and completeness of financial records for the JTC Trust accounts.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of unaudited Trust and Underlying Entities financial statements based on agreed template with JTC.
• Ensuring that all relevant bank statements and working papers are appropriately saved within the relevant accounting system.
• Ensuring that all accounting timelines are met and all queries are answered correctly and promptly.
• Liaising with the relevant Trust Officers on missing bank statements, online access and any transactions queries.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by head of department.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Trust Accounting experience or relevant
• Experienced candidate will be considered for a Senior Executive role and will commensurate with remuneration
• Experience working in Singapore accounting or audit firms.
• Attention-to-detail, careful and precise.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of meeting clients' deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
