Job Description:

• In charge of the preparation of entities’ monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SFRS, Corporate tax, Charity and IPC specific reporting obligations
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including the analysis and commentary on major variances
• Provide monthly audit schedules and assist in internal and external audit queries
• In charge for preparation of entities corporate tax (ECI) and work closely with tax agent to file annual corporate tax returns
• Handle all tax queries and tax audit whenever required
• Assist with preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Support and ensure compliance with all financial filling requirements, corporate tax filling requirement
• Involve in continuous process improvement for more effective and efficient operation
• Assist in new business initiatives and system implementation when required
• Able to work within tight deadlines

Qualifications and requirements:

• Degree in accounting or ACCA and/or its equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience with full set accounting and preferably with audit/tax background.
• Good working knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax.
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
• A self-starter who can plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Can-do attitude, good team player, driven and passionate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose of Job:

To support Singapore Art Museum's Front of House operations; by delivering quality customer service, ensuring pleasant visitor experience, handling enquiries, and supervising a team of Visitor Experience Officers.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Prepare exhibition spaces for daily operations (including weekends and public holidays).
• Conduct daily briefing.
• Handle enquiries and requests from the public, including visitors and guests.
• Ensure good customer service and visitor experience at exhibition sites. Deliver service recovery, if necessary.
• Uphold admission guidelines and encourage positive visitor etiquette.
• Handle on-site incidents, if any.
• Collate feedback from visitors.
• Collect information on visitorship.
• Check and replenish marketing collaterals.
• Staff Information Counter at exhibition sites, when required.
• Assist the Manager to deploy and supervise a pool of Visitor Experience Officers.
• Ensure daily artwork checks are done, perform basic artwork troubleshooting, and report artwork status.
• Promote active communication and information sharing to facilitate operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• General Front of House support.
• Reconcile daily ticketing revenue, if venue is ticketed.
• Ensure all is in good order at exhibition spaces at the end of each day of operation.

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Working experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Prior experience working at a museum is an advantage.
• Able to handle point-of-sale transactions.
• 5-day work week.
• Able to work on rotational schedule; including late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Travel to exhibition spaces sited across Singapore.

Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Basic Salary: $2,500 per month + 1-month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

· Liaise with training provider and officers for training matters.

· Booking of rooms, liaise with trainers, print training materials and manage scheduling of participants for training.

· Prepare training report using Microsoft Excel.

· Manage users in IT system access with regards to resignation, internal and external posting, on long leave and on secondment.

· Monthly invoice/payment verification.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· GCE O Levels and above

· At least 1 year of experience in coordinating training and performing administrative duties will be preferred.
