Job Responsibilities:

• Assist managers in daily operations of Office Towers or Shopping Mall.
• Liaise with office tenant and to handle fit out and hand over of units.
• Investigate and follow up on defect rectification.
• Manage fitting-out for compliance with rules and safety.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors for timely projects.
• Ensure contract and license renewals.
• Issue POs and verify contractor work.
• Manage online systems: occupant portal, access control, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 year(s) related experience at Office Tower or Industry Office.
• Min. Diploma in Facilities Management and related fields
