About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
- Receive, store, and manage stock accurately.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain updated records.
Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders based on customer specifications.
- Ensure all orders meet quality and accuracy standards.
Goods Handling:
- Safely handle and move goods within the warehouse using proper techniques.
- Prevent damage or injury through adherence to safety protocols.
Shipping and Receiving:
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
Quality Control:
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of all inventory transactions, including inbound and outbound shipments.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Skills and Requirements
- Educational Level: Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and handle goods weighing 10-20kg safely.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy for inventory and stock management.
- Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and effective time management.
** Preferably have driving license (job duties require delivery of goods).
Working time
- 5.5 working days (from Monday to Friday), working hours 8:00am - 5:30pm
- lunch time: one hour
