Key Responsibilities:

• Travel and Visa Coordination:
  Arrange travel, visas, permits, and Jurong Island passes for technical advisors and supervisors.
• Accommodation Management:
  Organize accommodation for technical advisors and supervisors.
• Financial Remittances:
  Manage inward and outward payments, ensuring proper documentation and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Office Supplies Management:
  Procure and maintain office supplies, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• IT Device Setup Support:
  Assist with setting up IT devices for technical advisors and supervisors, in coordination with the IT team.
• Construction Partner Coordination:
  Support communication and coordination with construction partners.
• Drawing and Document Management:
  Organize and manage technical drawings and documents at the site office.
• OSD (Overage, Shortage, and Damage) Coordination:
  Track and report OSD goods, coordinating resolutions with construction partners.
• Document Handling:
  Manage site-related documents such as construction instructions, time sheets, work reports, and procurement requisitions.
• Quality Assurance Support:
  Assist with organizing installation records, witness tests, and QAQC documentation.

Requirement:

• Eligible to Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 Years of Working Experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Additional information:

• Working days: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
• Salary up to $4000
• 4 - 6 Month Contract

Job description:

• Perform merchandising to ensure adequate stock levels on shopfloor and first-expiry-first-out rotation
• Assist in routine stocktake and cycle counts of retail items in various locations
• Assist in packing and repacking bulk stocks for retail pharmacy shopfloor and/or eCommerce sales
• Assist with cashiering of retail items and medications when required
• Provide customer service and execute security control measures
• Assist outpatient pharmacy technicians in pre-packing of medications and patient registration when required
• Maintain relevant documentation of routine work activities (e.g. cycle counts, eCommerce processing)
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job requirements:

• Min. NITEC or Diploma holders
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar retail setting
