Employment Details:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Chairman in day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating communication, and maintaining records.
2. Translate and interpret between English, Chinese, and French for internal and external business communications.
3. Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
4. Support the Chairman in strategic planning, decision-making, and project management.
5. Liaise with various departments and international partners to ensure smooth operations.
6. Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

1. Singaporean/PR ONLY
2. Education: Diploma or higher, preferably in French or related fields.
3. Language Skills:
   • Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

4. Experience: Prior experience in business assistance, executive roles, or international environments is an advantage.
5. Skills:
   • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Purpose:

The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the Nursing
Department. May handle confidential information from time to time and maintains strict confidentiality.

Job Descriptions:
• Provides administrative and operational support to the Nursing Department.
• Supports regular Nursing Department meetings/ trainings by making logistics arrangements.
• Process and handle finance transactions, payment and claims.
• Makes arrangements for and co-ordinates meetings or events convened by the Nursing Department, and for catering requirements when necessary.
• Collates and updates tracking sheets, budget, and any other clerical support to Nursing Department
• Requisites and monitor utilization of office supplies in the Nursing department.
• Supports in Training and Development - coordinate department training internal/external course and provide logistics support for training setup
• Database management – maintain training records, KPIs, Policies and submit training hours to Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Provides administration support for onboarding nurses such as IT and pass access.
• Participates and supports in projects and events, and any other duties as and when assigned or appointed.
• Provides non-clinical support in clinical areas.
• Plans manpower to ensure sufficient staffing through rostering.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Good IT skills and highly proficient in MS Office applications such MS Word, Excel, Power point.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast paced working environment and possess good time management.
• Meticulous and eye for details.
• Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.
