Job Summary
The Logistics Assistant is responsible in a wide variety of logistics activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving of incoming shipment, checking, repacking and put away (binning to shelves)
• Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged in SAP.
• Handle daily logistics and shipping activities including: Filing and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (Transporter, Forwarders, etc.), ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area.
• Process of orders thru SAP transaction including pick & pack for shipment, issue to Service department, workshop and sub-con/fabricator.
• Handle filing of documents, e.g. Assembly orders, Production orders, Picking list, shipping documents.
• Carry out cycle counts activities as specify in the cycle count policy.
• Sorting of Picking Lists, Production/Assembly orders, Service orders for picking.
• Packing of returned seals from Service to put back to customer stock.
• Developing, documenting, and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks. E.g. SAP work flow process and procedure.
• Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet logistics demands as dictated by production schedules and workflow.  
• Enforcing safety regulations at all times. Understand Risk assessment, safe work procedure and Tool box meeting topics.
• Continuously improve logistics operations and processes through the use of Continuous Improvement initiatives/practices. Example: 5 S, eliminate 7 wastes and visual management.
• Collaboration with other departments to coordinate activities e.g. Supplier issue, rush order request and quality issue.   
• Communicate matter to the Logistics manager in order to keep him/her updated.
• Address issue and use problem solving tools to resolve the problem.

• To plan with Director of Engineering and carry out preventive maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure standards are maintained for guest comfort.
• To prioritise with and carry out maintenance as requested by Director of Engineering/Departments on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of all hotel departments.
• To motivate and develop the Engineering team to reach to their fullest potential ,together with Director of Engineering.
• To ensure guest-centric approach to works, schedules with priority placed on services which impact guest satisfaction.
• To liaise and work closely with Director of Engineering, the MCST and FCC to ensure smoother operations and consistency in approach.
• To record meter readings and liaise with the Director of Engineering egarding options to improve energy management and conservation.
• To be responsible for the testing of fire alarms, emergency lighting etc. on a routine basis as required by local Council and Fire Service.
• To liaise with the Body Corporate with regards to maintenance issues and re-charge labour and materials at agreed rates
• To ensure compliance with all legislation, including Health and Safety and Environmental.
• To liaise with the Director of Engineering regarding the use of contractors within the Hotel, controlling expenditure and ensuring work is to the standard required by the Company and manufacture specifications.
• To ensure the cost effective and hygienic removal of rubbish from the hotel areas and monitor to ensure areas are clear and free of offensive odour.
• To be available to carry out emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours, as required for: full power failure, evacuation fire system re-set and / or failure of mechanical systems.
• To maintain records of repair work and daily checks as required by local Council, Government and Manufacturer specifications.
• To liaise closely with all departments regarding ‘down’ rooms to expedite a quick turn around and return to inventory.

The Assistant Director of Sales services new and existing accounts to ensure repeat business. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Assistant Security Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Report for duty as per schedule in roster and be in attendance for the daily 15 minutes pre and post shift briefing
• Don essential company issued equipment such as Mobitalk, Bluetooth device, torchlight and pocket mask during duty
• Be in-charge of the Hotel Security Control Room as well as for the day to day operations
• Ensure all official security documents are handled accurately in accordance to SOP
• Completes the daily Management Task List
• Go through the daily analysis report, security documentation by the operational team, security and safety books as well as to review the deployment sheet to ensure all are in order
• Collate and number (HIR) reports, completes the daily overview report, conduct investigations, record statements, interview eyewitnesses and perform onsite investigation and involve the Authorities, if necessary
• Ensure all security equipment and documentation are operational and in good working order
• Conduct system check for Fire live-saving system (FPLS) during shift
• Ensure all security personnel are fully briefed on major events of the hotel and conduct regular SOP training and review
• Prevent situations that could jeopardize the reputation of the hotel
• Oversee critical and sensitive functions until completion and give command & control the operations during an emergency
• Document all incidents occurred in the hotel in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities and insurance requirements

We are looking to hire an Assistant General Counsel, Asia to join our Legal & Compliance team in Singapore who will report to our General Counsel, Asia.

In this business facing role you will be: (i) providing legal advice and support to our Asia (re)insurance businesses, assisting the General Counsel, Asia in day-to-day activities and delivering projects, liaising with regulators and clients in Singapore and Hong Kong and across Asia to address regulatory and legal queries; and (ii) part of the global team supporting financial crime compliance for PartnerRe Group, with a focus on AML and sanctions. 

The accountabilities

Two principal prioritities for this role:

• (1) Assisting GC, Asia to deliver on key objectives in Asia:
• • identify, manage and mitigate legal, regulatory and reputational risks;
  • enable the business to achieve PartnerRe’s strategic and commercial goals by providing legal expertise in an efficient and effective way;
  • run and manage regulatory / corporate governance and corporate secretarial aspects for PartnerRe entities in Asia.

• In order to successfully deliver on these two priorities, the Assistant General Counsel must be able to:

  • provide legal research, counsel and support to non-legal managers and employees on various aspects of PartnerRe’s business.

• SALES ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish leads to achieve group and FIT room night goals based on market segmentation and budget and to develop ongoing relationships with the clients
  • Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve the planned goals for all segments
  • Develop account qualifications criteria and use market research to identify priority markets and accounts, to assign sales to assure coverage to all major market segments
  • Monitor weekly activity of Senior / Sales Managers and ensure sales team is maximizing the use of resources to penetrate new accounts
