Salary: Basic - $2,500-$2,800 + Yearly Bonus

Job Description:

• Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily operations, including court bookings, retail sales and cafe services.

• Client Services: Verify client sign-ins, manage court availability, and provide excellent customer service.

• Coach Scheduling: Coordinate coach schedules to optimize class offerings and ensure efficient workflow.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of equipment and supplies.

• Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain the retail shop.

• Marketing Support: Assist with creating social media content to promote our services.

Job Requirement:

• Solid understanding of the sport, including equipment, techniques, and tournaments.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

• Degree in Sports Management or equivalent experience is a plus.

Location: Jurong East
Salary:

• $2,350/month (Diploma)
• Up to $2,700/month (With Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Compile daily reports on Dengue cases and staff attendance.
• Procure supplies for the department via the procurement portal.
• Maintain and manage department stock (stationery, copier paper, etc.).
• Track and update Emergency Department (ED) inventory, staff deployment, and attendance.
• Handle GP referrals, letters, and ensure accurate tagging in EPIC.
• Process staff claims, update biometric records, and perform administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, process e-pay requests, and manage office functions.
• Other duties as assigned by the department.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with relevant experience.
• Available for a 6-month contract position.
• Proficient in Excel and handling numbers.
• Comfortable making calls to patients/organizations for outstanding payments.
