Responsibilities

• Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations Perform documentation for order processing activities
• Perform stock transfer / system transaction in WMS
• Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
• Perform system receipt of cargo
• Validate documentation and escalate non-conformities
• Identify operational shortfall and escalate
• Manage appropriate mitigating actions / plans to manage lapses in delivery of logistics services Prepare reports for customers and operations
• Perform billing process

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of customer service is preferred (Preferably in the logistics / warehouse industry)
• Prior experience in WMS/SAP will be advantegeous
• Execellent communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders

Job Description:

• Work alongside the dentist to assist with a variety of dental treatments, including cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and other restorative procedures.
• Ensure dental instruments are properly sterilized, set up treatment rooms, and maintain an organized and clean environment.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, patient billing, verifying insurance, and other office duties as needed.

• Min A level/Diploma Holder
