Key Responsibilities
Administration:
- Manage contracts and HR policies, including NDAs and leave.
- Oversee operational tasks like cleanliness, printing, and managing attendance systems.
- Handle registration forms, student records, and issuance of materials.
Student & Parent Liaison:
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new students.
- Respond to inquiries from parents and students.
- Manage communication channels, such as WhatsApp groups and event calendars.
Program Management:
- Understand and manage a range of programs (tuition programmes).
- Plan schedules and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist with recorded lessons and term planning.
Sales & Lead Management:
- Follow up on new leads and inquiries.
- Provide detailed program information and upsell services tactfully.
Finance:
- Handle invoicing, bookkeeping, payroll, and CPF submissions.
- Process payments and reconcile accounts.
Maintenance:
- Ensure facilities are clean and well-stocked.
- Manage supplies and coordinate facility upkeep.
Advanced Communications:
- Navigate sensitive situations with parents or students.
- Manage financial assistance cases and follow up on overdue payments.
Training Provided
We don’t expect you to know everything from Day 1! You’ll receive comprehensive training in:
- Company systems and processes.
- Student and parent communication.
- Program details and operational routines.
Working Hours & Location
- Hours: Tuesdays–Fridays: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Centres located across various regions (specific locations shared during orientation).
