Key Responsibilities :

• Install and maintain the performance of database servers.

• Experience in Database HA using Oracle RAC/Dataguard, SQL Server Failover Cluster/AlwaysOn Availability Groups.
• Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with Database security hardening and CIS Compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.
• Experience with Cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Duties

• Understand business profits and financial position
• Monitor and aging status, and keeping tabs on operation expenses
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, gathering information to make prospects and forecast
• Assist with payroll and human resource matters
• Assist with local and overseas payments
• Ensure accurate and up to date accounts

• Assist with Warehouse and inventory admin duties.
• Coordinate tasks with every member of the company.

Requirements:

· 3 years’ work experience is preferred

· Diploma in Business or Accounting

· Good in MS Office - Excel skillset and Accounting Software

Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,390 per month

Responsibilities:

· Assist with the scheduling of meetings, including collating of panel members’ availabilities, scheduling of cases and sharing of case documents.

· Track submission of forms.

· Extract, input and upload all relevant data from reports and supporting documents into the system;

· Provide support in field work with Adult Protection Officers

· Support in collation of data when required

· File management; and Administrative and corporate support including minute taking

Requirements:

· Diploma in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology

· Prior working experience in administration, minute-taking will be advantageous.
