Key Responsibilities :

• Support sales in sales activities as a point of contact for customers with inquiries and quotations
• Miscellaneous administrative sales projects as needed.
• Efficiently process orders and coordinate projects
• Responsible for inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

• Ensure efficient Civil & Structural and Geotechnical & viaduct design is achieved in accordance with Design Criteria and relevant standards
• Liaise with internal and external parties on all civil & structural and geotechnical & viaduct design matters and advises the Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) regularly
• Co-ordinate the review of Contractor's civil & structural and Geotechnical & Viaduct submission and assists the SPM/PM in conveying a timely response to the contractor
• Identify and resolve potential design related issues during construction phase
• Carry out any other duties as required by the Authority's Project management team, including attending technical meetings and discussions, preparation of minutes of technical meetings and to provide technical meetings and to provide technical support as required in the evaluations of Contractor's claims
• Ensure that the design intent is translated to construction on site by means of correct drawings and specifications

The position:

• As the Motion Design Director in our brand experience agency, your task is to help conceptualise, manage and oversee visual direction of projects from ideation to completion, in both video editing and motion graphics.
• You will be working with, managing, and overseeing design outputs from creative design resources (video editors, motion graphic designer and animator) around the region.
• You’ll work closely with the creative team to help bring to life content solutions for events and digital platforms, keeping ideas and the visual language in which they are expressed, on track and on brand.

The person we are looking for:

• At least 8-10 years experience in an event based industry/advertising agency/design house/post production house
• Excellent creative and artistic presentation skills
• Excellent understanding of creative and production process within Southeast Asia and APAC coupled with passion for technology.
• Strong in-depth knowledge of brand positioning and industry trends.
• Strong aesthetic sense with intuitive and informed understanding of what makes a truly great content that matters.
• Strong drive to deliver world class contents for brand experiences, integrated consumer campaigns, PR, online and offline activation.
• Hands-on willingness, involving in all stages of the creative process: ideation to creative presentation to project execution.
• Excellent creative presentation skills and a passion for building and developing open, trusting client relationships.
• Fluent in conceptualising and directing content ideas, design, storyboarding, editing, motion design and animation.
• Experience in managing and working with in-house and freelance design resources.
• Can demonstrate the ability to input and voice your point of view, and lead a team of content designers
• Ability to storyboard to illustrate a concept is a plus
• Passionate about art, design, culture and current affairs and you keep up to date with the events, creative and media industry
• Good organisational skills, and excellent communications skill

• Report to QPS and QP (Geo) on all design matters
• Ensure that the contractor's design are in compliance with LTA's specifications and requirements
• Assist to check on the design calculations
• To liaise with AC and QP(D) to ensure that all permits and applications as required by BCA are endorsed in tandem with the progress of the Works
• Lead in the review of Contractor’s submissions required of the Consultant and coordinate with his respective QP(S) and the Contractor’s design teams to ensure prompt resolution of all design-related issues arising from the reviews of the Temporary and Permanent Works.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Design Engineer (SDE) shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with at least a degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience on projects similar in nature to vehicular tunnel, including at least five (5)years in the design of geotechnical works for deep excavation
