Responsibilities

• Work in Project Team to develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards and processes
• Responsible for the CAD drafting and modelling of piping, HVAC, sanitation / plumbing system and electrical system / power plant layouts
• Create and modify existing engineering design and models
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members
• Ensure drawing and design meet projects / tenders deadline
• Coordinate with Clients and Consultants on design, construction and submission aspects of projects
• Preparation, coordination and modification of M&E drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants

Requirements

• Minimum Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) or related field
