Senior Interior Designer

Main criteria one: Must possess great passion for residential interior design and have the desire to turn every home into beautiful, comfortable and functional spaces – home is where the spirit rests, rejuvenates, socializes, grows and emerges again; and also, representation of ownership, pride, love and family. Purpose and Scope
The C&S Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings (for C&S) and review sessions when required
• Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works

• Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work
• Experience in Corenet Submission requirements, procedures and standards for BIM (Revit) and AutoCad (2D) format
• Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation
• Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Knowledge in basic regulatory requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, etc), and Arch related Codes of Practice
• Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings
• Skills in presentation applications like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc will be advantage
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaborative processes on multi-disciplinary basis
