• Use positive guidance strategies and techniques
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the school
• Maintain and build strong relationships with the students and their parents.
• Assist the Principal with added responsibilities such as vetting of the newsletters/progress reports/portfolios, organisation of events and planning of excursions
• Conduct in-house training for teachers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T), or other Diploma or Degree qualifications (possible studies sponsorship if suitable for the role)
• Creative and inspiring with a loving energy for children
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
• Willingness to be a team player in a child-oriented environment

Job Description

• Music foundation course
• Plan and lead students to perform in exams and performances or competitions.
• Meet parents to discuss student's progress.
• Help out in events and in-house recitals.

• Music Diploma Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Piano
• Excellent communication skills with parents/students
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
